Since 1974, CTVN has utilized media arts to improve the education, quality of life, and opportunities available to youth throughout Chicago. Through after-school, summer, alternative school programs, and more, CTVN harnesses this dynamic process and the resulting media content to facilitate the development of positive self-images and have students reframe expectations for themselves and their communities.
